We at Roberts Design Company, Inc. believe that each of our clients should be 100% satisfied with the quality of work and the results obtained by the efforts. We also stand behind our motto "No Surprises." That's why we sit down with our clients and talk with them in length about their objectives and get a good feel for what they are after. From there, Roberts Design goes to work on developing a strategy and a cost estimate based on the parameters of the job. Once submitted and approved by the client... we DO NOT exceed the estimate... hence the "no surprises" motto. The only stipulation to that is if the parameters of the job change, upon which a new estimate will be submitted. This in itself is something our customers appreciate a great deal. AND, the initial consultation and cost estimate is free.
Once we begin a project, it may be altered by the client at any point of the process. However, please keep in mind that alteration charges do apply (based on our hourly rate and printer or contractor charges). Jobs are invoiced upon completion unless other agreements are made.
